Mindful Awareness Yoga: My intention in group yoga classes is to facilitate a tangible experience of relaxation.  My approach is influenced by the understanding that stress reduction leads to increased well-being.  The yoga classes are offered on a regular attendance basis.  This enables continuity and the development of a personal relationship.

Mindful Movement and Meditation: This drop-in class includes gentle movement and meditation instructions based on the Buddha’s teaching of the four foundations of mindfulness: body awareness, feeling-tone awareness, heart-mind awareness, knowing the current experience as it is.  It is suitable for all, beginners to mindful movement practices and insight meditation are most welcome.

Venue: The Yoga Room in Llanwrtyd Wells

The yoga room is in the garden of The Cedars, Victoria Road, Llanwrtyd Wells LD5 4SY.  About 300 metres from Irfon Crescent.

Please use The Cedars’ parking area.

Cost: By Donation

For yoga classes I follow the Buddhist system of generosity (dana).  Students are invited to pay according to ability and appreciation.  This has caused some confusion over the years so below are  suggested contributions:

Sufficient income:£5 - £8
Limited income:£1 - £4
Ample Income:£9 - £15
