Venue Hire

The yoga room is a dream that came to life. My aspiration was to create a yoga room that is comfortable, light in appearance and affordable to small groups. When I lived in London I taught yoga in various venues. By far the most successful venue was a room at The Sunflower Centre. I enjoyed teaching there so much that when I left I measured the room and built a similarly sized yoga room in Llanwrtyd Wells.

Room hire includes:

  • 6 mat spaces + teacher’s space
  • Mats
  • Blocks
  • Bolsters
  • Straps
  • Wedges
  • Heating, when needed
  • Lovely wooden floor
  • Great view!!!

General Information

The room is not suitable for sweat inducing practices.

Because the room is offered on a non-residential basis your financial risk is relatively low. There are plenty of B&Bs in Llanwrtyd Wells. Your students will be able to book a B&B according to their taste and circumstances. You will find information about local B&Bs here.

Llanwrtyd Wells is a popular tourist destination. Make sure your students book their B&B in good time. If you are booking the accommodation for your group, pencil both bookings in to make sure the dates work.

There are three things I ask teachers to not do in the yoga room:

  • I ask that you don’t use incense, aromatherapy oils, or any other scent creating devices.
  • I ask that you don’t book more than 6 people for the retreat.
  • I ask that you don’t use the room to teach sweat inducing practices.

Room-Hire Fee:

I love teaching small groups and never managed to find an affordable venue for a small group retreat. The room-hire fee is structured to enable low-cost yoga retreats, if that is what you are moved to offer.

Standard Rate: £150 per day, £75 for up to 3 consecutive hours

Community Rate: £100 per day, £50 for up to 3 consecutive hours. Applicable if you are charging your students up to £60 per student per day.

Booking fee is non-refundable.

Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to make a booking.
